A little bit of information about me, I have been a resident of the South Bay for more than 45 years and I know what a life along the Pacific Ocean can provide. I recently opened my own office in the heart of Hermosa Beach, located at 200 Pier Avenue, Suite #302. I have always been a part of the community, but having my office located on Pier has opened me up to new relationships with other business owners. I have enjoyed friends and clients stopping by just to say “Hello”.

I have been in real estate as an investor and homeowner for over 30 years. I became a licensed realtor in 2000. I saw a need that I could provide a service to buyers helping them understand what dollar value they can really afford. I am very well versed in the financial aspects of a sale. I have a range of experience in standard sells, foreclosures and short sales from residential to commercial.

Throughout my career, I have constantly been a top-producing agent throughout the South Bay and this year for Keller Williams ranked number 30 nationwide, that’s out of a remarkable 70,000 agents!

Recently I welcomed a new agent to my team, my son, Devin Jensen. He just graduated from California Sate University Chico, with a bachelor’s degree in Business/Business Entrepreneurship.
